(a) for identification and verification purposes, including age, wealth, sources of funds, facial recognition and facial liveness checks, and any other use as may be required byte ‘Know Your Customer’ requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth);

(b) to provide you with our products and services and enable you to access and use our products and services;

(c) to process payments, including charging, refunds (if applicable), credit card authorisation, verification and debt collection;

(d) to provide customer service functions, including handling customer enquiries and complaints;

(f) to operate, improve and optimise our website, services and app, business and our user’s experience, such as to perform analytics, and conduct research;

(j) in connection with the sale of any part of CloudTech Group’s business or a company owned by a CloudTech Group entity;

4. If we do not collect this personal information in connection with the purposes in paragraph 3, then CloudTech Group may be unable to:

(a) facilitate your purchase and use of our products and services;

(c) send you direct marketing communications (unless you have consented to such communications through your other dealings with CloudTech Group).

(c) specific third parties authorised by you to receive information held by us;

(d) related bodies corporate of CloudTech Group (including relatedentities);

(e) third parties in connection with the sale of any part of CloudTechGroup’s business or a company owned by a CloudTech Group entity;

(f) other persons, including government agencies, regulatory bodies and lawenforcement agencies, or as required, authorised or permitted by law; and

(g) any other organisation as expressly covered in our Privacy Policy.

It is possible that some of the information collected via your enquiry may be disclosed to CloudTech Group’s service providers outside of Australia.  You consent to your information being disclosed to a destination outside Australia for this purpose, including but not limited to the United Kingdom.  You understand and acknowledge that Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 will not apply to such disclosures of your personal information.
